My Story

At the age of 40, I looked up at the path I was on, and I just chose a better life. I no longer wanted to be a hostage to my own success. As the owner of a successful, multiple-office CPA firm, my life was simply not my own. I was missing important moments in the lives of my wife and children, and I had no control over my own schedule.

One of my CPA clients paid me to evaluate a business he was considering. I’ve been analyzing businesses for more than 30 years, and I’m not swayed by fads or hype. I evaluate facts, scrutinize numbers and only align myself with opportunities that offer long-term, sustainable gains. As I conducted the business evaluation for my client, I realized that this business met my stringent standards and offered an incredible profit potential.

The company was called Rexall and one of its divisions provided a channel through which independent business owners could help bring its products to the market and share in the profit without having to assume the typical business headaches and liability. The company was well-funded with a strong corporate infrastructure already in place, and its products met a tangible, growing market need in a unique way. The products were scientifically sound and obviously worked, as evidenced by multiple clinical trials and thousands of customer success stories.

Since that time, the company has merged with another category leader and is now known as Unicity International. It’s also expanded its affiliate relationships to include the world’s #1 nutritional research and development facility, Royal Numico.

So 15 years ago, I launched my own business through this company and today, I’m so glad I did. I now generate a six-figure income that has given my family and me the financial means to build the home of our dreams and afford other material luxuries. But more than that, it’s enabled me to create freedom.

I work when, where and how I decide; vacation when and where I want; and work with people I enjoy. Many people think you have to choose between financial freedom and quality of life. This business proves them wrong!
